Είναι ένα είδος γυμναστικής που τονώνει τους μύες, βελτιώνει την ισορροπία και την ευλυγισία. Το κύριο χαρακτηριστικό αυτής της γυμναστικής είναι ότι ο καθένας γυμνάζεται με το βάρος του. Δηλαδή δεν χρησιμοποιούνται βαράκια. Η γυμναστική περιλαμβάνει εσένα εναντίον του ίδιου σου του βάρους

What do I need tobring to this class?

A bottle of water, a towel, and comfortable footwear and clothing. You can also bring any cycling accessories you may want e.g. a padded seat.
